What the scan found

PASS AI shopping crawler access

All 12 major AI crawlers can reach your product pages, and your robots.txt sets 85 rules across 2 user-agent groups.

PASS Product structured data

Product schema has everything an assistant needs to recommend the item. Aggregate rating, Shipping details, Return policy would still help.

Worth adding: Aggregate rating, Shipping details, Return policy. Stating delivery and returns in the offer lets an assistant answer those questions instead of hedging. How to fix this on Shopify

PASS llms.txt

An llms.txt is published at your root, but it is the one Shopify generates for every store: instructions telling agents to use the Shop skill and the UCP endpoints. It describes the protocol, not your catalogue, and it says nothing a shopping assistant could use to tell your products apart from what any other Shopify store serves.

Worth adding: Optional, and Shopify gives you no setting for it. If you can serve your own /llms.txt, one that names your categories, your bestsellers and what you actually sell gives an assistant something to recommend you for. How to fix this on Shopify
PASS XML sitemap

A valid sitemap index is reachable, pointing at 6 child sitemaps.

PASS Page metadata

Homepage title, description and social image are all present.

Show it

An A is rare: most stores fall short somewhere. This badge is drawn from the scan record each time it loads, so it shows today's grade and date, not the day you added it. Paste it anywhere on your site:

steelcraftautomotive.com: readable by AI shopping assistants, graded A by Shelfglance

If the store drifts, the badge says so. Get told the morning it does.

Now the other half

The scan above tells you what AI assistants are able to read. It cannot tell you whether any of them sent you a buyer. Shopify records the referring site for every order, but nothing in the admin separates ChatGPT and Perplexity from ordinary referral traffic, so that number stays invisible.

Shelfglance for Shopify reads the referrer Shopify already stores against each order and reports it plainly. No tracking script, no theme edits, and it reads no customer names, emails, phone numbers or addresses.

Get told when this changes

AI crawlers re-read your store constantly, and a theme update can silently undo any of the fixes above. Leave an email and we will re-run this scan monthly and tell you only if something breaks.

One email a month at most, only when something changes, plus that one re-scan result if you tick the box. No newsletter, and every email carries a one-click link to stop them.

Or have it checked every morning

A month is a long time for a store to be unreadable, and nothing here announces itself: a theme update or an app can undo any of the fixes above the same day it ships. The daily watch re-scans steelcraftautomotive.com every morning and emails you only when a result actually changes.
