An llms.txt is published at your root, but it is the one Shopify generates for every store: instructions telling agents to use the Shop skill and the UCP endpoints. It describes the protocol, not your catalogue, and it says nothing a shopping assistant could use to tell your products apart from what any other Shopify store serves.
